A bit of running craziness has descended on my house. Without realizing it, I've been signed up to run 3 halfs in the next 3 months.
- Reggae Run - Santa Cruz, CA. Course is similar to the Santa Cruz Half, which goes along West Cliff Drive, north to Wilder Ranch and back. One of my favorite courses
- Des Moines Marathon - Des Moines, IA. Now a Boston Qualifier, the September 2005 issue of Runner's World listed the Des Moines Marathon as one of eight great events to kick off the fall racing season.
- Big Sur Half Marathon - Monterey, CA. Another incredible course, which goes from the Fisherman's Wharf, south through Cannery Row and Pacific Grove, past Lover's Point and turns around at Asilomar. I ran the inagural event two years ago and had a blast.
